
Imuraya Confectionery Co., Ltd. was established in 1896 by Wazou IMURA. The production line combines traditional art and modern technology in confectionery production; rigorous quality control and latest technologies are all designed to provide customers with a wide range of products. Imuraya Confectionery has been making confectioneries for more than a century and has a large share of Japanese style confectionery such as Yokan (sweet azuki red bean jelly) and Mizu Yokan (soft sweet azuki red bean jelly), steamed meat buns and sweet azuki red bean paste buns, both popular snack foods; and a large variety of ice cream and sherbet. The company also operates restaurants in the Tokyo area.
